Terms of service

1. SCOPE
These terms govern all purchases made on nedia3d.com. By placing an
order, you accept these terms in full.

2. PRODUCTS
All products are digital video files (VJ loops and logo animations)
delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Product
specifications, including resolution, frame rate, format and codec,
are listed on each product page.

3. DELIVERY
Files are made available for download immediately after payment is
confirmed. A download link is sent to the email address provided at
checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.

4. PRICING AND VAT
All prices are displayed in EUR. NEDIA3D operates under the French VAT
exemption scheme for small businesses — VAT is not applicable,
Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Prices shown are final.

5. LICENSE
Purchasing a product grants a usage license, not ownership. Usage
rights and restrictions are defined in the License Agreement at
nedia3d.com/pages/license, which forms an integral part of these
terms.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery
of digital content and waive your right of withdrawal under Article
L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and Article 16(m) of EU Directive
2011/83/EU. All sales are final. See our Refund Policy.

7. LIABILITY
Products are provided "as is". NEDIA3D is not liable for technical
issues, data loss, incompatibility with third-party software, or any
indirect damages arising from the use of the files.

8. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an
amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
