Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

All products sold on nedia3d.com are digital goods delivered
electronically. Because these files are downloaded immediately after
purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final and
non-refundable.

By completing your purchase and downloading the files, you expressly
request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that
you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the
French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), and under Article 16(m)
of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match its product
description, contact us at contact@nedia3d.com within 14 days of
purchase. We will provide a working replacement file.

Refunds are not granted for:
- Change of mind after download
- Incompatibility with software the customer already owns
- Failure to read the product specifications before purchase
- Duplicate purchases made in error by the customer

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchase the same file twice, contact us within 7
days and we will refund the duplicate transaction.
